Dear Dr, thank-you for an outstanding podcast. I am currently working my way through the back issues. I am based in Dublin and I have to supply a bit of context for Gesine's claim that there is no wargaming in Ireland and even eurogames are rare. I have been playing wargames since 1985 (starting with miniatures and SL). It is true that wargamers can be hard to find since they are often played at home but I recently organised an event in Dublin and we had nearly 40 attendees: http://www.whiteonsquare.com/chimeracon2017/ If you look at video games sales (one area where we have good figures) you can see Ireland is one of the top consumers of games in the world - it may have something to do with the weather! :-)

I am not one for sitting down and listening to podcasts, but I did enjoy this one, especially with Maymi and Gesine with their views and perspectives. I am already subscribed to Gesines Youtube channel but have now added Maymi (which I am sure she is called FushigiTV)
